Energetic, Intelligent, Reflective and Creative Individuals
PEL seeks energetic, intelligent, reflective and creative individuals who aspire to become skilled and artful teacher-leaders in progressive schools. Successful applicants will embrace the challenges of learning-by-doing in schools as the central component in the making of an effective teacher. At the same time, they will value the importance of theoretical knowledge for educators.
Applicants will also be collaborative individuals who are inspired by learning in a small cohort, and who welcome the opportunity to work with a diversity of colleagues. The ideal candidates have received their bachelor's degree within the past three years.
